10730 - ( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، فَذَكَرَهُ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَغَيْرِهِ. فَإِنِ اسْتَثْنَى مِنْهُ رُبُعَهُ أَوْ نِصْفَهُ أَوْ نَخَلَاتٍ يُشِيرُ إِلَيْهِنَّ بِأَعْيَانِهِنَّ، فَقَدْ رُوِّينَا عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ وَعَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَا دَلَّ عَلَى جَوَازِ ذَلِكَ. )
