أَخْبَرَنَا ) بِالْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي وَرَدَ فِي ذَلِكَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ
نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يَزْهُوَ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ السُّنْبُلِ حَتَّى يَبْيَضَّ وَيَأْمَنَ الْعَاهَةَ، نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ
