أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ الشَّرْقِيِّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَلِيمِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ مِينَاءَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تُبَاعَ الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى تُشَقِّحَ، قِيلَ: وَمَا تُشَقِّحُ ؟ قَالَ: تَحْمَارُّ أَوْ تَصْفَارُّ وَيُؤْكَلُ مِنْهَا
