أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، أَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ دُحَيْمٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرَزَةَ، أَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى، أَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سُرَاقَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى تُؤْمَنَ عَلَيْهَا الْعَاهَةُ. قِيلَ: وَمَتَى ذَلِكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ؟ قَالَ: إِذَا طَلَعَتِ الثُّرَيَّا
