( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْإِسْفَرَائِينِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ:

أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ أَذِنَ لِأَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الْحَجِّ، وَبَعَثَ مَعَهُنَّ عُثْمَانَ، وَابْنَ عَوْفٍ فَنَادَى عُثْمَانُ ؓ فِي النَّاسِ لَا يَدْنُو مِنْهُنَّ أَحَدٌ، وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِنَّ إِلَّا مَدَّ الْبَصَرِ، وَهُنَّ فِي الْهَوَادِجِ عَلَى الْإِبِلِ، وَأَنْزَلَهُنَّ صَدْرَ الشِّعْبِ، وَنَزَلَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَعُثْمَانُ ؓ بِذَنَبِهِ فَلَمْ يَصْعَدْ إِلَيْهِنَّ أَحَدٌ
