وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ - رَحِمَهُ اللهُ تَعَالَى -:
فِي حَدِيثِ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ هَذَا إِنْ كَانَ تَيَمُّمُهُمْ إِلَى الْمَنَاكِبِ بِأَمْرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَهُوَ مَنْسُوخٌ؛ لِأَنَّ عَمَّارًا أَخْبَرَهُ بِأَنَّ هَذَا أَوَّلُ تَيَمُّمٍ كَانَ حِينَ نَزَلَتْ آيَةُ التَّيَمُّمِ، فَكُلُّ تَيَمُّمٍ كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ بَعْدَهُ فَخَالَفَهُ فَهُوَ لَهُ نَاسِخٌ
