( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَحْمَوَيْهِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ بِالْأَهْوَازِ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقَلَانِسِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ قُطْبَةَ، وَعَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ فَيَّاضٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:

كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ الرَّجُلُ مَا لَا يَضُرُّهُ.
