أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ، لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ: الْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
