( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا مُعَاذٌ، ثَنَا الْأَشْعَثُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَذْبَحَ الْمُحْرِمُ مَا لَوْ تُرِكَ لَمْ يَطِرْ مِثْلَ الْبَطَّةِ، وَالدَّجَاجَةِ، وَيَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ مَا لَوْ تُرِكَ طَارَ مِثْلَ الْحَمَامِ، وَأَشْبَاهِهِ
