وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً يَقُولُ:
سُئِلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ صَيْدِ الْجَرَادِ فِي الْحَرَمِ فَقَالَ: لَا، وَنَهَى عَنْهُ قَالَ: إِمَّا قُلْتُ لَهُ أَوْ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ فَإِنَّ قَوْمَكَ يَأْخُذُونَهُ وَهُمْ مُحْتَبُونَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
