أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا تَمْتَامٌ، ثَنَا هُدْبَةُ، ثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا الْمُثَنَّى، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، ثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، ثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ فِي قِصَّةِ حَرَمِ الْمَدِينَةِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

" لَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهَا، وَلَا يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهَا، وَلَا يُلْتَقَطُ لُقَطَتُهَا إِلَّا لِمَنْ أَشَادَ بِهَا، وَلَا يَصْلُحُ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ فِيهَا السِّلَاحَ لِقِتَالٍ، وَلَا يَصْلُحُ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يَقْطَعَ مِنْهَا شَجَرَةً إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْلِفَ رَجُلٌ بَعِيرَهُ
