أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ( ح ): وَأَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى، ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:

أَهْدَى الصَّعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَقَالَ: لَوْلَا إِنَّا مُحْرِمُونَ لَقَبِلْنَاهُ مِنْكَ
