( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ
فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: فَفِدْيَةٌ مِنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ لَهُ أَيَّتُهُنَّ شَاءَ، وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ: كُلُّ شَيْءٍ فِي الْقُرْآنِ " أَوْ أَوْ " لَهُ أَيُّهُ شَاءَ، قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: إِلَّا قَوْلَ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَلَيْسَ بِمُخَيَّرٍ فِيهَا،
