حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَوْلًى لِقُرَيْشٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقْسَمَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: بَعْدَ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ: وَيَعْلَمَ مَا هِيَ، قَالَهَا يَزِيدُ آخِرَ مَرَّةٍ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يُحْرَزَ مِنْ كُلِّ عَارِضٍ، وَأَنْ لَا يُصَلِّيَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَّا وَهُوَ مُحْتَزِمٌ.

Translation

✧ He forbade selling spoils of war until they are divided—then after Yazid b. Khumayr he said, "and so that it may be known what it is," Yazid said it the last time—and he forbade selling fruit until it is protected from every harm, and that a man should not pray unless he is girded.
