✧ A man from the companions of the Prophet ﷺ passed by a mountain pass in which there was a spring of sweet water. He said: Its pleasantness impressed him, meaning the goodness of the pass. He said: If only I could stay here and seclude myself. Then he said: No, not until I ask the Prophet ﷺ. So he asked him, and he said: The station of one of you, meaning in the path of God, is better than the worship of one of you among his family for sixty years. Would you not love that God forgives you and you enter Paradise? Strive in the path of God. Whoever fights in the path of God for the time between two milkings of a she-camel, Paradise becomes obligatory for him.
