حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِصَدَقَةٍ مِنْ كَسْبٍ طَيِّبٍ وَلَا يَصْعَدُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ إِلَّا طَيِّبٌ إِلَّا كَأَنَّمَا يَضَعُهَا فِي كَفِّ الرَّحْمَنِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، فَيُرَبِّيهَا كَمَا يُرَبِّي أَحَدُكُمْ فَلُوَّهُ أَوْ فَصِيلَهُ حَتَّى إِنَّ التَّمْرَةَ لَتَعُودُ مِثْلَ الْجَبَلِ الْعَظِيمِ.

Translation

✧ No Muslim gives charity from good earnings—and nothing good ascends to the sky—except that it is as if he places it in the hand of the Most Merciful, Mighty and Majestic, and He nurtures it as one of you nurtures his foal or young camel, until even a date becomes like a great mountain.
