حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا أَوْ جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا.
