حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ

Translation

✧ The injury caused by an animal is without liability, and [that caused by] a mine is without liability, and [that caused by] a well is without liability, and on treasure-trove, one-fifth is due.
