✧ I was favored over the prophets with six things. It was asked: What are they, O Messenger of God? He said: I was given the most concise speech, I was aided with terror, the spoils of war were made lawful for me, the earth was made a means of purification and a mosque for me, I was sent to all creation, and the prophets were sealed with me. My likeness and that of the prophets is like a man who built a palace and completed it and perfected its construction except for the place of one brick. The people looked at the palace and said: 'How excellent is the construction of this palace, if only this brick were complete.' Indeed, I am that brick; indeed, I am that brick.
