حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ يُجْرَحُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ يُجْرَحُ فِي سَبِيلِهِ، إِلَّا لَقِيَ اللهَ [عَزَّ وَجَلَّ] كَهَيْئَتِهِ يَوْمَ جُرِحَ لَوْنُهُ لَوْنُ دَمٍ وَرِيحُهُ رِيحُ مِسْكٍ
Translation

✧ None of you is wounded in the path of Allah - and Allah knows best who is wounded in His path - but that he will meet Allah [Mighty and Majestic] in the same condition as on the day he was wounded: his color the color of blood and his scent the scent of musk.
