حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ كَتَبَ كِتَابًا بِيَدِهِ لِنَفْسِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فَوَضَعَهُ تَحْتَ عَرْشِهِ فِيهِ رَحْمَتِي سَبَقَتْ غَضَبِي

Translation

✧ Verily, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, wrote a book with His own hand for Himself before He created the heavens and the earth, and placed it beneath His Throne: 'My mercy has preceded My anger.'
