حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
قَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ: يَوْمَئِذٍ تُحَدِّثُ أَخْبَارَهَا قَالَ: " أَتَدْرُونَ مَا أَخْبَارُهَا ؟ قَالُوا: اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ، قَالَ: " فَإِنَّ أَخْبَارَهَا أَنْ تَشْهَدَ عَلَى كُلِّ عَبْدٍ وَأَمَةٍ بِمَا عَمِلَ عَلَى ظَهْرِهَا، أَنْ تَقُولَ: عَمِلْتَ عَلَيَّ كَذَا وَكَذَا يَوْمَ كَذَا وَكَذَا، قَالَ: فَهُوَ أَخْبَارُهَا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited this verse: 'On that Day, it will recount its news.' He said: 'Do you know what its news is?' They said: 'Allah and His Messenger know best.' He said: 'Its news is that it will testify against every male and female servant about what he did on its surface, saying: You did such and such on me on such and such a day. He said: That is its news.'
