حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ

كَانَ يَنْعَتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: كَانَ شَبْحَ الذِّرَاعَيْنِ، أَهْدَبَ أَشْفَارِ الْعَيْنَيْنِ، بَعِيدَ مَا بَيْنَ الْمَنْكِبَيْنِ، يُقْبِلُ جَمِيعًا، وَيُدْبِرُ جَمِيعًا، بِأَبِي هُوَ وَأُمِّي، لَمْ يَكُنْ فَاحِشًا وَلَا مُتَفَحِّشًا، وَلَا صَخَّابًا فِي الْأَسْوَاقِ

Translation

✧ He used to describe the Prophet ﷺ saying: He had long upper arms, long eyelashes, broad shoulders; he would turn fully (with his whole body) when approaching and fully when departing. May my father and mother be his ransom: he was neither obscene nor given to obscenity, nor loud-voiced in the marketplaces.
