✧ Gabriel ﷺ came to me and said: 'I came to you last night, and nothing prevented me from entering the house where you were except that there was in the house a statue of a man, and there was in the house a curtain with figures on it. So order that the head of the statue at the door of the house be cut off so that it becomes like a tree, and order that the curtain be cut and made into two cushions to be thrown aside and stepped on, and order that the dog be taken out.' The Messenger of God ﷺ did so, and the dog was a puppy belonging to al-Ḥasan and al-Ḥusayn (peace be upon them both), under a couch of theirs.
