حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كَمَثَلِ الزَّرْعِ لَا تَزَالُ الرِّيحُ تُفِيئُهُ، وَلَا يَزَالُ الْمُؤْمِنُ يُصِيبُهُ بَلَاءٌ. وَمَثَلُ الْمُنَافِقِ كَمَثَلِ شَجَرَةِ الْأَرْزَةِ، لَا تَهْتَزُّ حَتَّى تَسْتَحْصِدَ
Translation

✧ The parable of the believer is like a crop: the wind keeps bending it, and the believer keeps being afflicted by trials. The parable of the hypocrite is like a cedar tree: it does not shake until it is uprooted.
