حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَابْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخُوَارِ أَنَّهُ
بَيْنَمَا هُوَ جَالِسٌ مَعَ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، إِذْ مَرَّ بِهِمَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ خَتَنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ الرَّيَّانِ. وَقَالَ ابْنُ بَكْرٍ: ابْنِ الزَّبَّانِ، فَدَعَاهُ نَافِعٌ فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: صَلَاةٌ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ خَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ صَلَاةً يُصَلِّيهَا وَحْدَهُ
Translation

✧ While he was sitting with Nafi' b. Jubayr, Abu 'Abd Allah, the son-in-law of Zayd b. al-Rayyan (Ibn Bakr said: Ibn al-Zabban), passed by them. Nafi' called him and said: I heard Abu Hurayrah say: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: A prayer with the imam is better than twenty-five prayers performed alone.
