حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ

مَنْ صَلَّى رَكْعَةً مِنْ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ فَلَمْ تَفُتْهُ، وَمَنْ صَلَّى رَكْعَةً مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ فَلَمْ تَفُتْهُ

✧ Whoever prays a rak'ah of the morning prayer before the sun rises has not missed it, and whoever prays a rak'ah of the afternoon prayer before the sun sets has not missed it.
