حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
مَا مِنْ مَوْلُودٍ يُولَدُ إِلَّا نَخَسَهُ الشَّيْطَانُ فَيَسْتَهِلُّ صَارِخًا مِنْ نَخْسَةِ الشَّيْطَانِ، إِلَّا ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَأُمَّهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: اقْرَؤُوا إِنْ شِئْتُمْ وَإِنِّي أُعِيذُهَا بِكَ وَذُرِّيَّتَهَا مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ

✧ No child is born but the devil pricks him, so he cries out loudly from the prick of the devil, except the son of Maryam and his mother. Then Abu Hurayrah said: “Recite if you wish: ‘And I seek refuge for her in You and her offspring from the accursed devil’ (Q 3:36).”
