حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو
أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، لَمْ أَشْعُرْ، نَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ قَالَ: ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ. قَالَ آخَرُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَنْحَرَ قَالَ: انْحَرْ وَلَا حَرَجَ. فَمَا سُئِلَ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنْ شَيْءٍ قُدِّمَ وَلَا أُخِّرَ إِلَّا قَالَ: افْعَلْ وَلَا حَرَجَ
Translation

✧ A man said: O Messenger of God, I was not aware—I slaughtered before I threw the pebbles. He said: Throw and there is no harm. Another said: O Messenger of God, I shaved before I slaughtered. He said: Slaughter and there is no harm. That day he was not asked about anything put forward or delayed except that he said: Do it and there is no harm.
