✧ I heard Ibn Hujayrah asking al-Qasim b. al-Barahi: How did you hear Abdullah b. Amr b. al-As reporting? He said: I heard him saying: Two adversaries brought a dispute to Amr b. al-As, and he judged between them. The one against whom judgment was given was displeased, so he went to the Messenger of God ﷺ and informed him. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: When a judge judges and strives, and is correct, he gets ten rewards, and when he strives and errs, he gets one or two rewards.
