✧ Some men were mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as exerting themselves greatly in worship. He said: 'That is the fervor of Islam and its intensity. For every fervor there is an intensity, and for every intensity there is a lapse. So whoever's lapse is toward moderation and the Sunnah, then he is upon good. And whoever's lapse is toward sins, then that is the one who is destroyed.'
