✧ The Prophet ﷺ took a ring of gold and put it on his right hand, with its stone facing the inside of his palm, so the people took to wearing gold rings. He [the narrator] said: Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ascended the pulpit, threw it away, and forbade wearing gold rings.
