حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ غَزْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي دِهْقَانَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
كَانَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أُنَاسٌ فَدَعَا بِلَالًا بِتَمْرٍ عِنْدَهُ، فَجَاءَ بِتَمْرٍ أَنْكَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: مَا هَذَا التَّمْرُ ؟ فَقَالَ: التَّمْرُ الَّذِي كَانَ عِنْدَنَا، أَبْدَلْنَا صَاعَيْنِ بِصَاعٍ. فَقَالَ: رُدَّ عَلَيْنَا تَمْرَنَا

✧ Some people were with the Prophet ﷺ, and he called Bilal for some dates he had. He brought dates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ disapproved of. He said, 'What are these dates?' He said, 'The dates we had; we exchanged two sa's for one.' He said, 'Return our dates to us.'
