حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
إِنْ حِيلَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ الْبَيْتِ فَعَلْنَا كَمَا فَعَلْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ حِينَ حَالَتْ كُفَّارُ قُرَيْشٍ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْبَيْتِ، فَحَلَقَ وَرَجَعَ. وَإِنِّي أُشْهِدُكُمْ أَنِّي قَدْ أَوْجَبْتُ عُمْرَةً
Translation

✧ If I am prevented from reaching the House, we will do as we did with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when the disbelievers of Quraysh prevented him from reaching the House, and he shaved his head and returned. And I call you to witness that I have made Umrah obligatory.
