حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
إِذَا حَلَفَ الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ، فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ إِنْ شَاءَ فَلْيَمْضِ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ فَلْيَتْرُكْ
