حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَرْمُلُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْوَاطٍ مِنَ الْحَجَرِ إِلَى الْحَجَرِ، وَيَمْشِي أَرْبَعَةً، وَيُخْبِرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ.
Translation

✧ That he used to jog (ramal) three rounds from the Black Stone to the Black Stone, and walk four, and he reported that the Prophet ﷺ used to do that.
