Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade nabidh (date infusion) made in earthenware jars. [5924] He said: Then I met Ibn Abbas and said: "Are you not amazed at Abu Abd al-Rahman? He claims that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade nabidh made in earthenware jars." Ibn Abbas said: "He has spoken the truth." I said: "What is the jar?" He said: "What is made of clay."
