حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ

مَنِ اشْتَرَى نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهَا

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Muḥammad b. ʿUbayd
  2. ʿUbaydullāh
  3. Nāfiʿ
  4. Ibn ʿUmar
  5. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

✧ Whoever buys palm trees that have been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the one who pollinated them, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.
