حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَّامٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَا

أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ عَلَى أَعْوَادِ الْمِنْبَرِ: لَيَنْتَهِيَنَّ أَقْوَامٌ عَنْ وَدْعِهِمُ الْجُمُعَاتِ أَوْ لَيَخْتِمَنَّ اللهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ، وَلَيُكْتَبُنَّ مِنَ الْغَافِلِينَ

✧ They both heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say on the wooden pulpit: 'Let people stop abandoning the Friday prayers, or Allah will seal their hearts and they will be recorded among the heedless.'
