حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

نَادَى رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: مَا نَقْتُلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا ؟ قَالَ: خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ: الْحُدَيَّةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ A man called out to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: What animals may we kill when we are in ihram? He said: Five, there is no blame on the one who kills them in killing them: the kite, the crow, the mouse, the biting dog, and the scorpion.
