حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ رَزِينٍ الْأَحْمَرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ فَأَغْلَقَ الْبَابَ وَأَرْخَى السِّتْرَ وَنَزَعَ الْخِمَارَ، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، تَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا، حَتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a man who divorced his wife three times, then another man married her, closed the door, let down the curtain, and removed her veil, but then divorced her before consummating the marriage. Is she lawful for her first husband? He said: No, not until he tastes her sweetness.
