✧ A man came to Ibn Umar and said: Is it proper for me to circumambulate the House while I am in ihram? He said: What prevents you from that? He said: So-and-so forbids us from that until the people return from the standing place, and I saw him as if the world had inclined toward him, and you are dearer to us than he. Ibn Umar said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed Hajj and circumambulated the House and ran between Safa and Marwah. The Sunnah of Allah Almighty and His Messenger is more deserving to be followed than the sunnah of Ibn So-and-so, if you are truthful.
