حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ بِجَمْعٍ بِإِقَامَةٍ، وَلَمْ يُسَبِّحْ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَا عَلَى أَثَرِ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا

Translation

Chain of narrators

  2. Ibn Abū Dhiʾb
  3. al-Zuhrī
  4. Sālim
  5. his father

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ combined Maghrib and Isha at Muzdalifah with one iqamah, and he did not pray any supererogatory prayer between them nor after either of them.
