حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ صَدَقَةَ الْفِطْرِ عَلَى الصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ، وَالْحُرِّ وَالْمَمْلُوكِ، صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ شَعِيرٍ

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made obligatory the sadaqah al-fitr upon the young and the old, the free and the slave, a sa' of dates or barley.
