Musnad Ahmad 4212

Translation

✧ Whoever takes an oath of patience by which he unjustly takes the property of a Muslim man, and he is lying in it, will meet Allah, Mighty and Majestic, while He is angry with him. He said: And this verse was revealed: 'Indeed, those who purchase a small price with Allah's covenant and their oaths...' to the end of the verse.
