حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْهِلَالِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا كَانَ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَوَلَدَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ فَاحْتُبِسَ لَبَنُهَا، فَجَعَلَ يَمُصُّهُ وَيَمُجُّهُ، فَدَخَلَ حَلْقَهُ، فَأَتَى أَبَا مُوسَى فَقَالَ: حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْكَ، قَالَ: فَأَتَى ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا يُحَرِّمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعِ إِلَّا مَا أَنْبَتَ اللَّحْمَ، وَأَنْشَزَ الْعَظْمَ.

✧ A man was on a journey, and his wife gave birth, and her milk was retained. He began to suck it and spit it out, and some entered his throat. He came to Abu Musa, who said: She has become forbidden to you. He said: Then he came to Ibn Masud and asked him, and he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Only that which grows flesh and strengthens bone makes breastfeeding prohibited.
