✧ We asked our Prophet ﷺ about the pace of walking with a funeral procession. He said: 'The pace is less than a trot. If it is good, one hastens to it—or he said: it is hastened to. And if it is other than that, then far be it for the people of the Fire. The funeral procession is followed, and it does not follow. It is not from it the one who goes ahead of it.'
