✧ I was sitting with Zayd b. ʿAlī in Madinah when an old man called Shuraḥbīl Abū Saʿd passed by. He said, “O Abū Saʿd, where have you come from?” He said, “From the Commander of the Faithful. I narrated a hadith to him, and he said, ‘That this hadith be true is dearer to me than that I should have red camels.’ He said, ‘Narrate it to the people.’” He said, “I heard Ibn ʿAbbās say: The Messenger of God ﷺ said, ‘There is no Muslim who has two daughters reach puberty and he treats them well as long as they accompany him—or he accompanies them—except that they will cause him to enter Paradise.’”
