✧ A man stood up to Ibn Abbas and said, "The prayer, the prayer!" But Ibn Abbas remained silent. Then the man repeated, "The prayer, the prayer!" Yet again, Ibn Abbas remained silent. Then the man said for the third time, "The prayer, the prayer!" Ibn Abbas responded, "Are you teaching us about the prayer? We used to combine two prayers during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." Mu'adh said, "During the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."
