حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
لَأَنْ يَمْنَحَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ أَرْضَهُ، خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا، لِشَيْءٍ مَعْلُومٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: وَهُوَ الْحَقْلُ، وَهُوَ بِلِسَانِ الْأَنْصَارِ: الْمُحَاقَلَةُ
Translation

✧ For one of you to grant his brother the use of his land is better for him than taking such-and-such for it, for a known amount. He said: Ibn ‘Abbas said: It is the field, and in the language of the Ansar it is muhaqalah.
